My intention was to capture fantastic photos of Classic Ferries and Tall Ships with billowing sails on a sparkling harbour set off by clear blue skies. I had been planning for weeks. Everything was booked. The hotel booking and the ferry tickets were packed in my bag. My camera gear was set up. The batteries were charged and I had inspected my camera bag at least half a dozen times. Anticipation rushed through me like a waterfall in flood. Then I woke up to drizzle and overcast skies. What a disaster! Or was it?
